患者男 ,39岁 ,右侧腰痛 1年 ,发现右上腹肿物伴体重明显下降半年。查体 :右上腹可触及 15ｃｍ× 15ｃｍ× 10ｃｍ大小肿物 ,质韧表面光滑无结节 ,边缘欠清 ,活动度欠佳。实验室检查 :血、尿常规正常。肾图 :双肾分泌、排泄功能均延缓 ,分肾及总肾功能轻度受损。双肾上尿路引流
Male patient, 39 years old, right lower back pain for 1 year, found that right upper quadrant mass loss significantly decreased six months.
