基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)11是MMP家族中的一员,在研究中发现其与肿瘤关系密切,是肿瘤发生、发展及转移的重要蛋白,参与消化道肿瘤形成的各个环节,对胃肠道肿瘤的综合治疗有重要的价值。随着研究的不断深入,其与消化道肿瘤发生机制的关系也变得越来越清晰,这将为肿瘤的综合治疗寻找相应的靶点提供理论依据,同时其也有可能成为新的肿瘤标志物。
Matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) 11, a member of the MMP family, is found to be closely related to tumors in the study. It is an important protein involved in tumorigenesis, development and metastasis. It participates in all aspects of the formation of gastrointestinal tumors. The comprehensive treatment has important value. With the deepening of research, its relationship with the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal cancer has become more clear, which will provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive treatment of cancer to find the appropriate target, but also it may become a new tumor marker .
