介绍了渗氮-离子镀复合涂层的设计原则和制备工艺,按该工艺在高速钢表面制备了复合涂层,其结合力均达到HF1级(德国工程师协会推荐的压痕法测定涂层结合力方法,VDI3198—1992),涂层划痕试验的临界载荷比传统单一涂层高。结果表明用该工艺在高速钢螺丝冲头上形成渗氮层+(Ti,Cr,Ce)N和渗氮层+(Ti,Al,Ce)N复合涂层,其耐用度比传统单一涂层冲头明显提高。
The design principle and preparation process of nitriding-ion plating composite coating are introduced. The composite coating is prepared on the surface of high-speed steel according to the process, and the bonding strength reaches HF1 level (the indentation method recommended by German Society of Engineers to measure the coating combination Force method, VDI3198-1992), the critical load of coating scratch test is higher than the traditional single coating.
