在碱性介质中,以四羧基铁酞菁为过氧化物酶模拟催化H2O2氧化邻苯二胺,生成2,3-二氨基吩嗪,该产物在577 nm处产生荧光,其荧光强度随H2O2浓度的增大而增加,在1.6×10-7~9.7×10-6mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.9941,据此建立了一种测定痕量H2O2的新方法。方法的检出限为1.1×10-7mol/L,用于雨水中H2O2的测定,结果令人满意。
In alkaline medium, tetracarboxylic iron phthalocyanine was used as a peroxidase to catalyze the oxidation of o-phenylenediamine with H2O2 to produce 2,3-diaminophenazine. The product produced fluorescence at 577 nm. The fluorescence intensity of the product varied with H2O2 And the concentration increased in the range of 1.6 × 10-7 ~ 9.7 × 10-6mol / L with a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient r was 0.9941, a new method for the determination of trace H2O2 was established.
