培养和提高中职学生的人文素养是中职学校素质教育的重要内容,是教育改革的时代主题和攻坚目标,有助于我们把全面发展教育观落到实处,也是我们现代化建设对人才结构的迫切需要。从当前中职学校人文素养教育的实际现状入手,分析人文素养教育不令人满意状态的形成原因。通过以人为本原则,阐述把人文素养教育融入专业课程教育、思想道德教育和社会实践活动的做法,并得出了加强中职学生人文素养教育的初步思考。
To cultivate and improve the humanistic accomplishment of secondary vocational school students is an important content of quality education in secondary vocational schools. It is the theme of the times and the crucial goal of education reform. It helps us to carry out the concept of all-round development of education, urgent need. Beginning with the actual status quo of humane literacy education in vocational schools, this paper analyzes the causes of the unsatisfactory state of humane literacy education. Through the principle of people-oriented, this article elaborates the practice of integrating humane accomplishment education into professional curricular, ideological and moral education and social practice, and puts forward the initial thinking on how to strengthen humane accomplishment education for secondary vocational students.
