上海高桥巴斯夫分散体有限公司组建20年来,胶乳生产从13万吨／年提升到21万吨／年,是亚洲最大的SB胶乳生产基地,2005年实现利润9501万元。2006年11月9日,在高桥石化与德国巴斯夫公司合资组建的上海高桥巴斯夫分散体有限公司举行成立20周年庆典活动仪式上,高桥石化公司经理张涌和德国巴斯夫公司董事局执行董事Dr．Martin Brudermueller分别代表投资方致辞。他们回顾了20年前投资500万元人民币,现在每年有近亿元利润回报的发展过程,由衷称赞这是一条合资、合作、双赢的道路。
Shanghai Takahashi BASF Dispersion Co., Ltd. set up 20 years ago, latex production from 130,000 tons / year to 210,000 tons / year, is Asia’s largest SB latex production base in 2005 to achieve a profit of 95.01 million yuan. On November 9, 2006, at the ceremony of the 20th anniversary celebration of the establishment of Shanghai Gaoqiao BASF Dispersion Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Takahashi Petrochemical and BASF in Germany, Zhang Yong, manager of Takahashi Petrochemical Company and Executive Director of BASF AG Dr. Martin Brudermueller addressed the investors respectively. They reviewed the investment of 5 million yuan 20 years ago and now every year they have a process of developing a profit return of nearly 100 million yuan. They sincerely praise this as a joint-venture, cooperation and win-win path.
