劳务派遣是伴随着社会经济发展而产生的一种就业组织形式,它为缓解我国严峻的就业压力做出了重要贡献。随着社会发展,劳务派遣相关制度也得到不但完善。但是目前,劳务派遣用工方式中仍存在大量不规范行为,直接影响了我国劳动者与企业之间和谐劳动关系的建立。在此我将首先介绍劳务派遣含义,然后针对当前修正案进行分析,找出存在问题。在此基础上提出相应建议。
Labor dispatch is a form of employment organization that accompanies the social and economic development. It has made important contributions to alleviating the severe employment pressure in our country. With the social development, labor dispatch system has also been not only perfected. However, at present, there are still a large number of non-standard behaviors in labor dispatch and employment mode, which has a direct impact on the establishment of harmonious labor relations between laborers and enterprises in our country. Here I will first introduce the meaning of labor dispatch, and then analyze the current amendments to find out the problems. On this basis, put forward corresponding suggestions.
