苏联的公证法律规范曾经是其他社会主义国家制定公证法规的重要立法参考资料。苏联解体后,作为前苏联最重要的加盟共和国——俄罗斯联邦的公证法律规范也发生了较大变化。西南政法大学张建文同志无私提供俄罗斯联邦的现行公证基本法——《俄罗斯联邦公证立法纲要》(以下简称《立法纲要》)的自译中文本,本文将对《立法纲要》的发展与创新之处予以介绍。
