抗震设计需要有能代表地震动影响的当量地震力来作为设计依据。由于地震动是随机的小概率事件,这就给地震荷载带来了某些特点,其中最显著的就是它的随机性及不确定的反复性。地震反应是由于地面运动引起结构振动或变形而产生内力,这与其它重量产生的荷载有明显的差别。这个问题在第九届世界地震工程会议上得到了与会专家和学者的共同关注。他们从不同的角度来理解这个问题,从不同的出发点来探索其原因,从不同的方面来寻求解决的途径。
Seismic design requires the equivalent seismic force that can represent the influence of ground motion as a design basis. Because the ground motion is a random, small-probability event, it brings some characteristics to the seismic load, the most significant of which is its randomness and indefinite repeatability. The seismic response is due to vibration or deformation of the structure caused by ground motion to generate internal forces, which are significantly different from those generated by other weights. This issue was attended by the experts and scholars at the 9th World Earthquake Engineering Conference. They understand this issue from different perspectives, explore the causes from different starting points, and seek solutions from different aspects.
