2006学年第二学期,在全面分析学校数学教研组教学发展现状的基础上,我校数学教研组向区教师进修学院申请了“伙伴合作”项目,并得到批准。在研训员的指导与带动下,本学期我们开展了以“在知识行进过程中间题设计的实践与研究”为项目主题的合作伙伴活动。我们认识到课堂成败与否,课堂效率的高低,不仅依赖干教师的学识水平、语言表达能力、评价艺术等,更重要的在于教师的组织教学能力。而组织、引导并参与学生数学学习的关键还是“问题”二字。教师课前
