目的 :研究大肠癌患者手术前后生长抑素 (SS)的变化及其与机体免疫功能的关系。 方法 :观察 2 5例大肠癌患者手术前后外周血 SS水平及免疫功能的改变 ,并分析两者变化的相关性。 结果 :大肠癌组术前外周血 SS水平明显高于对照组(P<0 .0 1) ;术后较术前明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,且与对照组相比无显著差异。而大肠癌组术前 NK细胞活性、CD4+ T细胞比例、淋巴细胞增值能力以及 IL - 2诱生水平均显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,手术后上述指标虽较术前有明显升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,但仍低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;另外大肠癌组 CD8+ T细胞手术前后无明显变化 ,但均显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 )。大肠癌患者手术前后外周血 SS的变化与其 NK细胞活性、CD4+ T细胞比例、淋巴细胞增值能力以及 IL - 2的诱生水平均呈显著负相关。 结论 :大肠癌患者外周血 SS水平升高不仅与肿瘤的存在密切相关 ,而且其变化与机体某些免疫功能的改变具有非常明显的负相关性
Objective: To study the changes of somatostatin (SS) and its relationship with immune function in patients with colorectal cancer before and after operation. Methods: The changes of peripheral blood SS levels and immune function in 25 patients with colorectal cancer before and after operation were observed. The correlation between them was analyzed. Results: The preoperative serum levels of SS in colorectal cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01), and were significantly lower than those in the preoperative group (P <0.01), but not significantly different from those in the control group . The preoperative NK cell activity, CD4 + T cell ratio, lymphocyte proliferation ability and IL - 2 induced level in colorectal cancer group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01) (P <0.01), but still lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). In addition, CD8 + T cells in colorectal cancer group had no significant changes before and after operation, but were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0 .0 1 or P <0 .0 5). Changes of peripheral blood SS in patients with colorectal cancer before and after surgery showed a significant negative correlation with changes of NK cell activity, CD4 + T cell ratio, lymphocyte proliferation ability and IL - 2 induced level. Conclusion: The elevated level of SS in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer is not only closely related to the existence of tumor, but also has a very significant negative correlation with the change of some immune functions
