大量砼箱梁工程健康指标调查资料显示,我国预应力砼连续箱梁桥工程普遍存在裂缝问题,其中裂缝的形式以纵向裂缝为甚。移动支架逐孔现浇施工法是一种具有工程造价低、工程周期性显著、施工作业标准化强等特征的施工方法,其目前已被广泛应用到中等跨径长桥施工领域。由于移动支架施工法的特殊属性,其极易使箱梁横隔板间距、底板砼横向拉应力、箱梁底板横向配筋三者之间产生矛盾,进而引起预应力砼箱梁节段张拉锚固面底板产生纵向裂缝。
