牙髓炎最理想的治疗效果是炎症消失,恢复健康牙髓。然而保存活髓又受许多条件限制。我科从1983年以来选择40例成人早期龋源性牙髓炎患者,采用切除牙髓表层感染,氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂保护深层牙髓组织,经术后一年随访效果较好。现总结如下: 一、适应症:患者近期有自发牙疼或者长期激发疼,刺激后疼痛持续片刻。检查患牙龋蚀,冷热刺激疼,无叩疼,穿髓处探疼明显。出血新鲜或开髓冠髓有出血,牙髓电活力试验阳性,X线片根尖周无阴影者。

Bleeding fresh or open pulp with bleeding crown, pulp electrical activity test was positive, X-ray periapical no shadow.
