了解幼儿园及小学生儿童流行性腮腺炎的发病趋势,为预防儿童腮腺炎的流行提供依据.方法对海林县2009-2010年幼儿园及小学儿童腮腺炎报于海林县疾病控制中心的资料进行发病率

了解幼儿园及小学生儿童流行性腮腺炎的发病趋势,为预防儿童腮腺炎的流行提供依据.方法对海林县2009-2010年幼儿园及小学儿童腮腺炎报于海林县疾病控制中心的资料进行发病率统计,并进行卡方检验和趋势性卡方检验.结果 腮腺炎的发病率从2009年的0.089%下降到2010年的0.081%,但两年间发病率比较无明显差异(p＞0.05),以春冬季发病率最高,男女发病比例1.51:1,男性多于女性.城市与农村的发病率2009年与2010年均存在显著性差异.结论腮腺炎发病率均呈逐年下降趋势.
