以静态混合方式,在变温条件下采用二氯乙烷法完全连续合成乙二胺,通过单因素实验分析二氯乙烷法合成乙二胺的影响因素,利用响应面法研究氨水浓度、反应压力、氨烷摩尔比对反应的影响,获得了乙二胺收率与影响因素的二次拟合方程,优化了工艺条件.结果表明,氨水浓度、反应压力、氨烷摩尔比对反应均有显著影响,影响程度为:氨烷摩尔比>氨水浓度>反应压力.优化工艺条件为:高温段反应器一段与二段的长度比1:1,一段温度130℃、二段温度110℃,停留时间7 min,反应压力4.61 MPa,氨水浓度48.04%(ω),氨烷摩尔比25.22,该条件下乙二胺收率达76.49%.
Ethylenediamine was synthesized completely and continuously by dichloroethane under the conditions of static mixing at different temperatures. The influencing factors of ethylenediamine synthesis by dichloroethane method were analyzed by single factor experiment. The effects of ammonia concentration, reaction pressure , Ammonia molar ratio on the reaction, obtained ethylenediamine yield and influencing factors of the quadratic fitting equation, optimizing the process conditions.The results show that ammonia concentration, reaction pressure, molar ratio of ammonia on the reaction was significant , The influence degree is: molar ratio of ammonia to ammonia> ammonia concentration> reaction pressure.The optimum technological conditions are as follows: the length ratio of the first and second sections of the reactor in the high temperature section is 1: 1, the temperature of one section is 130 ℃, the temperature of the second section is 110 ℃, 7 min, reaction pressure of 4.61 MPa, ammonia concentration of 48.04% (ω) and ammonia mole ratio of 25.22. Under this condition, the yield of ethylenediamine reached 76.49%.
