分别采用以水葫芦、蔬菜皮、蓝藻、西番莲、猪粪为原料正常发酵的沼气发酵液,对根霉进行抑菌实验.研究表明不同来源的沼液对根霉均有抑制作用,其中以蔬菜皮为原料的沼液抑菌作用最强,而以猪粪为原料的抑菌效果最弱,以蔬菜皮、蓝藻、西番莲为原料的沼液在抑菌过程中有一定波动,可初步推断出以植物为原料的沼液抑菌效果优于以动物粪便为原料的沼液.
Bacteriostasis experiments on Rhizopus were carried out respectively using biogas fermentation broth, which was made by water hyacinth, vegetable peel, cyanobacteria, passion flower and pig manure as raw materials, and the results showed that biogas slurry from different sources had inhibitory effects on Rhizopus, The biocide with vegetable skin as raw material had the strongest bacteriostatic effect, while the bacteriostatic effect with pig manure as raw material was the weakest. The biogas slurry with vegetable skin, cyanobacteria and passion fruit as raw materials had certain antibacterial activity during the process of bacteriostasis, It can be preliminarily concluded that the antibacterial effect of the biogas slurry with plant as a raw material is better than that of animal manure as the raw material.
