Achema公司生产的沉降式离心机有了新的CHNX系列,它将取代该公司现有的NX系列和P系列沉降式离心机。CHNX系列产品适用于脱水、净化、分类与浓缩等项操作,其处理能力通常为3t/h干固体。在溶剂的处理方面,气密型CHNX系列产品可提供最高为1.99×10~4Pa的工作压力。此系列的离心机可以根据特殊的流程要求进行定制,例如处理粘性块或磨蚀性材料等。槽的深度、转杯速度以及排放速率等均可调。据称这种沉降式离心机能很好地适应进料体积的变化。
Achema’s decanter centrifuges have a new CHNX series that will replace the company’s existing NX series and P series decanter centrifuges. CHNX series products are suitable for dehydration, purification, classification and concentration, and their processing capacity is usually 3t/h dry solids. In the solvent treatment, the gas-tight CHNX series can provide working pressures of up to 1.99×10-4Pa. This series of centrifuges can be customized according to specific process requirements, such as handling sticky blocks or abrasive materials. Groove depth, rotor speed, and discharge rate are all adjustable. This decanter centrifuge is said to adapt well to changes in the feed volume.
