病例 : 例 1 男 ,6岁。以肥胖并智低就诊。查体 :尖头 ,杏仁眼 ,唇角向下 ,心肺及腹部无异常。双手脚小 ,体重6 0kg,身高 12 8cm ,IQ 70。出生时哭无声 ,面紫 ,因“吸入性肺炎”住院半月。吸吮慢 ,哭声弱 ,肌张力低。 1岁半会坐 ,2岁会走。 3岁开始食欲亢进 ,每餐约 3～ 4两
Case: Example 1 male, 6 years old. Obesity and Chi low treatment. Physical examination: pointed, almond eyes, lips down, no abnormal heart and lungs and abdomen. Hands and feet small, weight 6 0kg, height 12 8cm, IQ 70. Crying at birth, purple face, due to “aspiration pneumonia” hospital for half a month.
