目的：为推动临床药学研究，介绍佛罗里达大学临床研究中心在新药评价中的作用。方法：根据美国佛罗里达大学所属医学院、牙医院、药学院及附属医院等机构工作情况，重点介绍附属医院中的临床研究中心的工作。结果与结论：临床研究中心是由美国国家医学研究所资助的７５个临床研究中心之一，其主要研究课题是进行新药评价，提高新药试验的可靠性，同时又是连接临床与基础研究的关键，其发展对推动整个医学院和医院的科研具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To promote clinical pharmacy research and introduce the role of the University of Florida Clinical Research Center in the evaluation of new drugs. Methods: According to the work of University of Florida Medical School, Dental Hospital, School of Pharmacy and Affiliated Hospital, the clinical research center in the affiliated hospital was mainly introduced. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The Clinical Research Center is one of 75 clinical research centers funded by the National Institutes of Health. Its main research topics are to evaluate new drugs, improve the reliability of new drug tests, and at the same time it is the key link between clinical and basic research , Its development is of great importance to promote the scientific research of the entire medical school and the hospital.
