随着甲硝唑临床应用日益广泛,其所致的药物不良反应(ADR)屡见文献报道。现就国内近10多年来公开发表在医药学期刊上有关其药物不良反应的个案报道进行综合分析,为临床合理使用甲硝唑提供有关的参考依据。
With the increasing clinical application of metronidazole, ADR caused by it has been reported frequently in the literature. In the past 10 years, we have published a comprehensive analysis on the case reports of adverse drug reactions in the journal Journals of Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy for the past 10 years and provided relevant references for the clinical rational use of metronidazole.
