稻瘟病是水稻的主要病害之一,其病原菌的生存能力,由于各地气象条件不同,稻瘟病原菌(Piricularia oryzae Br.et Cav.)的生存持续期可能有所差异。石山哲尔等报道过稻瘟病菌在干燥条件下,可生存3—5年。因此,了解当地稻瘟病菌的生存力,对防治稻瘟病有一定的实践意义。 1972年6月4日,将贮存于室内木箱中的各年病稻节(干燥条件下),先用自来水冲洗,再用无菌水冲洗数次,而后均匀的将病稻节放在铺有滤纸的灭菌培养皿中,加少量无菌水,放在24—28℃温箱中培养3天,取出镜检。病菌生存力按稻节
