采用流式细胞术(FCM)测定了30例大肠癌患者新鲜癌组织标本的DNA指数(DI)、S期细胞比率(SPF)及增殖指数(PI),同时对30例大肠癌患者的淋巴结转移状况按转移个数和转移距离进行分站。结果显示,大肠癌异倍体淋巴结转移率较二倍体淋巴结转移率明显升高(P<0.05)。大肠癌淋巴结转移阳性组较阴性组SPF、PI明显升高,淋巴结多数转移组较少数转移组、少数转移组较无转移组SPF、PI明显升高,N2站转移组较N1站转移组、N1站转移组较N0站转移组SPF和PI升高。认为随着增殖活性的升高,肿瘤发生转移的范围更广、距离更远,提示肿瘤恶性程度较高,预后不良。
Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to determine the DNA index (DI), S-phase cell ratio (SPF), and proliferation index (PI) in fresh colorectal cancer specimens of 30 patients with colorectal cancer. Lymph node metastasis was also detected in 30 colorectal cancer patients. The status is divided by the number of transfers and the transfer distance. The results showed that the metastatic rate of aneuploid lymph nodes in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that in diploid lymph nodes (P<0.05). The positive rates of SPF and PI in colorectal cancer with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those with negative lymph node metastasis. The SPF and PI were significantly higher in the lymph node metastasis group, the metastasis group, the metastasis group, and the metastasis group than the N1 metastasis group. The N1 station metastasis group had higher SPF and PI than the N0 station metastasis group. It is believed that with the increase of proliferative activity, tumors metastasize to a wider range and farther away, suggesting a higher degree of malignancy and a poor prognosis.
