酱油是一种富有营养价值的调味品,也是人民生活的必需品。它的质量直接影响到菜肴的色香味美,了解了酱油的生产、工艺等知识,可以帮助广大消费者增强自我保护意识。目前,国家质量技术监督局发布了GB 18186—2000《酿造酱油》国家标准,国家国内贸易局发布了SB 10336—2000《配制酱油》行业标准,标准的实施推动了酱油技术进步,规范了酱油市场。
Soy sauce is a nutritious condiment, but also a necessity for people’s lives. Its quality directly affects the color, flavor and beauty of the dishes, understanding of the production of soy sauce, technology and other knowledge, can help consumers enhance self-protection awareness. At present, the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision promulgated the national standard GB 18186-2000, “Brewing Soy Sauce”, and the National Bureau of Foreign Trade released the industry standard SB 10336-2000 “Soy Sauce”. The implementation of the standards promoted the technical progress of soy sauce and standardized the market for soy sauce .
