伸缩缝是桥梁构造中的重要组成部分,伸缩缝施工质量的好坏不仅对桥面的美观度产生影响,而且会对桥梁的整体结构安全产生很大的冲击。笔者根据自己从事多年桥梁施工质量监理的经历,对桥梁伸缩缝的质量控制方法谈几点体会和建议,希望对今后桥梁工程中伸缩缝的施工质量控制有一定的指导作用。伸缩缝是桥梁构造中的重要组成部分。在气温变化、混凝土收缩、活载作用、桥梁墩台的沉降及徐变等因素影响下,桥跨结构会产生变形,从而使梁端产生位移。为适用这种位移并保持桥上行驶车辆的平顺性,必须在桥面的两端之间以及梁端与桥台背墙之间设置横向伸缩缝。桥梁伸缩缝一旦损坏,就会导致跳车、噪音、漏水、影响行车安全及缩短桥梁使用寿命。而桥梁施工缝的质量与施工过程中的质量控制有很大的关系。
The expansion joint is an important part of the bridge structure. The construction quality of the expansion joint not only affects the aesthetics of the bridge deck, but also affects the overall structural safety of the bridge greatly. Based on my own experience in bridge construction quality supervision for many years, I have some experience and suggestions on the quality control methods of bridge expansion joints, hoping to guide the construction quality control of expansion joints in future bridge engineering. The expansion joint is an important part of the bridge structure. Under the influence of temperature changes, shrinkage of concrete, live load, settlement and creep of bridges and abutments, the bridge span structure will be deformed and displacement will occur at the beam ends. In order to apply this displacement and maintain the smooth ride on the bridge, a transverse expansion joint must be provided between the two ends of the deck and between the beam end and the abutment back wall. Once the expansion joints of the bridge are damaged, it will cause jumping, noise, water leakage, traffic safety and shortening the service life of the bridge. The quality of bridge construction joints and construction quality control process has a great relationship.
