南充炼油厂于2002年底成功引进并投产了国内第一套轻汽油醚化装置。为了降低生产成本,实现醚化催化剂的国产化,针对两种国产离子交换树脂催化剂在中试装置上进行了考察。结果表明,2号国产催化剂基本可以达到进口剂同期水平,能够取代进口醚化催化剂。随后开展了国产醚化催化剂的工业应用试验,从国产剂3个周期的使用情况来看,国产剂与进口剂操作条件基本一致,但国产剂的适用温度较进口剂略窄;采用国产剂产品辛烷值能达到96,而进口剂使用初期辛烷值可达到100;国产剂活性烯烃转化率平均为55%,进口剂活性烯烃转化率高于国产剂,平均为60%;国产剂实际有效使用周期为2年,而进口剂为3年;国产剂价格比进口剂低1倍多。国产醚化催化剂的性能虽然还存在一定差距,但并不会使产品质量产生大的波动,能够满足装置生产要求。使用国产催化剂后,降低了生产成本,随着国产醚化催化剂性能的不断改进,装置生产成本还将进一步降低。
Nanchong Refinery successfully imported and put into production the first light gasoline etherification unit in China by the end of 2002. In order to reduce the production cost and realize the localization of the etherification catalyst, two kinds of domestic ion exchange resin catalysts were investigated on the pilot plant. The results show that the No. 2 domestic catalyst can basically reach the same level as the imported one and can replace the imported etherification catalyst. Followed by the domestic commercial application of etherified catalyst test, from the domestic use of three cycles of the situation, the domestic and imported agents operating conditions are basically the same, but the domestic product of the slightly lower temperature than the imported agent; the use of domestic products Octane number can reach 96, while the initial use of imported agents can reach 100 octane; domestic active olefin conversion average 55%, import agent activity olefin conversion rate higher than the domestic agent, an average of 60%; domestic agent effective The life cycle is 2 years, while the import agent is 3 years; the domestic product price is more than 1 times lower than the import agent. The performance of domestic etherification catalyst, although there is still a certain gap, but it does not produce large fluctuations in product quality, to meet the device production requirements. After using domestic catalyst, the production cost is reduced. As the performance of domestic etherification catalyst is continuously improved, the production cost of the device will be further reduced.
