目的 :探讨正常人视网膜神经纤维层 (RNFL)是否随年龄发生变化。方法 :本研究采用新型的共焦扫描激光眼底镜—海德堡视网膜断层成像系统 (HeidelbergRetinaTomograph ,HRT) ,对年龄在 12~ 6 4岁的 5 7位正常人 5 7只眼后极部视网膜进行扫描 ,分颞侧、鼻侧、上方和下方四个区域和全视盘测定盘沿体积和沿视盘边缘的RNFL厚度 ,以年龄为自变量作相关与回归分析。结果 :视盘全周平均RNFL厚度、盘沿体积与年龄成负相关 (P <0 0 1) ;颞侧RNFL厚度、盘沿体积与年龄无显著相关性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;鼻侧、上方和下方RNFL厚度、盘沿体积与年龄呈负相关 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :随年龄的增长 ,视网膜神经纤维层有变薄的趋势。
Objective: To investigate whether normal human retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) changes with age. Methods: In this study, a new type of confocal laser scanning laser fundus - Heidelberg Retina Tomography (HRT) was used to scan the posterior pole retina of 57 normal adults aged 12-64 years. At the temporal, nasal, upper and lower four regions and the whole optic disc, the rim volume and the RNFL thickness along the edge of the optic disc were measured. Correlation and regression analysis were performed using age as independent variables. Results: There was no significant correlation between RNFL thickness, disc rim volume and age (P <0.01), temporal RNFL thickness, disc rim volume and age (P> 0.05) Above and below RNFL thickness, disc rim volume was negatively correlated with age (P <0.01, P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: The retinal nerve fiber layer tends to thin with age.
