三叉神经痛是颜面部疼痛常见疾病,其治疗方法很多,但由于病因未明确,至今尚无一种十分理想的方法。本文主要阐述三叉神经痛的药物治疗包括全身药物及局部药物治疗;手术治疗包括三叉神经根微血管减压术、神经周围支撕脱术、颅底神经高位切除切断术、经皮穿刺射频热凝术;伽马刀放射治疗;中医治疗包括针灸、中药治疗以及心理治疗。
