采用溶胶凝胶法制备二氧化钛粉体,在日光灯照射条件下,通过催化降解罗丹明B,考察样品的光催化降解性能。结果表明:当钛酸四丁酯的用量为5 m L,冰醋酸为3.5 m L,蒸馏水为4.5 m L,无水乙醇为30 m L,溶液的p H值为2~3,陈化时间为72 h,干燥温度为80℃、时间为8 h,焙烧温度为400℃、时间为3 h时,催化剂的催化降解率最高,为28.55%;当催化剂的用量为0.8 g/L,溶液的p H值为6,溶液的质量浓度为6 mg/L,催化降解时间为5 h时,光催化降解率达到了42.6%。对样品进行XRD、SEM表征分析,结果表明:Ti O2催化样品具有锐钛矿相晶型,颗粒呈球形结构,颗粒粒径不大,出现团聚现象。
Titania powder was prepared by sol-gel method.
