目的探讨新型3H护理服务模式在儿科优质护理服务病区中的应用价值。方法将2012年6月至2015年8月于我院儿科住院的76例患儿纳入研究并随机分组,对照组40例采用常规护理,观察组36例则加用3H护理服务模式。比较两组患者满意度、护患纠纷发生率、季度住院人均数情况。结果观察组患者满意度高于对照组,护患纠纷发生率更低,季度住院人均数则更多,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论新型3H护理服务模式在儿科优质护理服务病区中具有较大的应用价值,促进护患和谐,降低纠纷发生率,优于传统护理方法,值得推广。
Objective To explore the value of the new 3H care service model in pediatric quality care ward. Methods Sixty-seven children hospitalized in pediatrics of our hospital from June 2012 to August 2015 were included in the study and randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and routine observation group (36 cases) plus 3H nursing service model. Satisfaction of patients in two groups, the incidence of nurse-patient disputes, quarterly hospitalization per capita situation. Results The satisfaction degree of patients in observation group was higher than that of control group, the incidence of nurse-patient dispute was lower, and the number of quarterly hospitalization was more, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The new model of 3H nursing service has great value in pediatric quality nursing service ward, promoting harmony between nurses and patients and reducing the incidence of disputes, which is superior to traditional nursing methods and worthy of promotion.
