梁平县以往在基层医疗卫生机构绩效管理方面存在诸多问题,在结合“乡村卫生服务一体化管理”理念和世行贷款/英国赠款中国农村卫生发展项目(以下简称卫XI项目),以提高基层医疗卫生机构服务质量为目的,实行绩效考核为突破口,利用一系列做法的改进,在全县医疗卫生机构实行绩效考核和质量评价后,真正发挥了绩效监管的作用,使得基层医疗卫生机构的服务水平得到大幅提高,“三个基本满意”得到良好实现。本文对梁平县基层医疗卫生机构服务状况和问题进行了介绍,对相应改进做法进行了探讨,并对梁平县在基层医疗卫生机构绩效管理方面的经验进行了总结。
In the past, Liangping County had many problems in the performance management of primary health care institutions.
