在有机合成中应用的聚合物载体试剂是在固相合成法的基础上发展起来的新型试剂。它是把试剂连接到聚合物载体上,然后与作用物进行卤化、酯化、氧化、还原等反应。聚合物载体试剂除操作简便、产物容易分离和反应条件温和的优点外,还有以下特点:①应用干燥的聚合物载体,可避免水解副反应。②增强离子的亲核性,如氟离子很容易吸附到聚合物载体上。③易从反应混合物中除去,回收后可反复使用。④可使用和回收过量试剂。本文只介绍几种季铵型聚合物载体试剂在有机合成上的应用情况。
Polymer carrier reagents used in organic synthesis are new reagents developed on the basis of solid-phase synthesis. It is the reagent connected to the polymer carrier, and then with the role of halogenation, esterification, oxidation, reduction and other reactions. Apart from the advantages of simple operation, easy product separation and mild reaction conditions, the polymer carrier reagent has the following features: ① The use of a dried polymer carrier can avoid hydrolysis side reactions. ② enhance the nucleophilic ions, such as fluoride ions are easily adsorbed on the polymer carrier. ③ easy to remove from the reaction mixture, after recycling can be used repeatedly. ④ can use and recovery of excess reagent. This article only describes the application of several quaternary ammonium polymer carrier reagents in organic synthesis.
