慢性鼻炎常引起患者鼻塞、流涕、头昏沉,记忆力减退,影响工作和学习,临床上虽然有多种治疗方法,但效果均不理想。我科自1987年以来,借用外地经验,用5—氟脲嘧啶下鼻甲封闭,治疗慢性鼻炎115例(肥厚性80例,单纯性35例),取得比较理想的效果。115例中,男65例,女50例,年龄14～42岁,病程6个月至5年,现分析如下。 用5号细长针头吸取2.5％5—氟脲嘧啶溶液4ml,行下鼻甲注射。方法有二:(1)先用1％麻黄素
Chronic rhinitis often causes nasal congestion, runny nose, head drowsiness, and memory loss, affecting work and learning. Although there are many clinical treatments, the effects are not ideal. Since 1987, our department has used foreign experience to block 5-fluorouracil inferior turbinates and treated 115 cases of chronic rhinitis (80 cases of hypertrophy and 35 cases of simpleness) and achieved satisfactory results. Of the 115 patients, 65 were males and 50 were females, aged 14 to 42 years, and the duration of illness ranged from 6 months to 5 years. The analysis is as follows.
