围抗癌化疗期间，多次大剂量口服利多卡因用于治疗原呕吐严重的２２例再次化疗病人，并与胃复安治疗组的止吐效果进行了比较。结果显示，利多卡因的止吐效果明显优于胃复安。
During anticancer chemotherapy, multiple high-dose oral lidocaine was used to treat 22 patients with re-chemotherapy who had severe emesis and compared with the antiemetic effect of metoclopramide-treated patients. The results showed that the antiemetic effect of lidocaine was significantly better than metoclopramide.
