世界卫生组织(WHO)提出本世纪末“人人享有卫生保健”的全球性目标的实现,进一步做好儿保工作.现将我科1989～1995年0～3岁儿保门诊资料比较完整的2339份分析如下.1.对象和方法2339名婴幼儿均在我院产科出生,于3月、6月、9月、1岁、1岁半、2岁、2岁半至3岁阶段来儿保门诊,由专科医生进行全面详细的体检和专人负责对儿童进行测量,记录结果,并按WHO参考值用标准差法评价,建立档案和儿保宣教.
The World Health Organization (WHO) put forward the realization of the global goal of “Everyone enjoys health care” by the end of this century and further improve the work on child protection. Now that our department has completed the data collection of child care insurance for 0 ~ 3 years old from 1989 to 1995, The analysis is as follows.1. Subjects and methods 2339 infants and young children were born in our hospital obstetrics, in March, June, September, 1 year old, 1 year and a half, 2 years old, 2 years and a half to 3 years old to protect Outpatient clinic by a specialist comprehensive and detailed physical examination and hand responsible for measuring children, record the results, according to the WHO reference value standard deviation evaluation, the establishment of the file and child care education.
