本文介绍了时钟网络中抖动、相位噪声、偏移、频率稳定度等参数的概念以及它们之间的转换关系。随后,详细讨论了高速数据采集系统中抖动对数据采集系统信噪比的影响和偏移对正交采样一致性所产生的影响。最后、根据笔者在高速采集系统设计的经验给出了高频时钟网络设计上的一些建议。
This paper introduces the concepts of jitter, phase noise, offset, frequency stability and other parameters in the clock network and their conversion relations. Subsequently, the effects of jitter in the high-speed data acquisition system on the signal-to-noise ratio of the data acquisition system and the effect of offset on the consistency of the orthogonal samples are discussed in detail. Finally, according to the author’s experience in high-speed acquisition system design gives some suggestions on high-frequency clock network design.
