应用脑血流图及热板法测痛二种方法在家兔及小白鼠上进行了人工培育天麻药理作用的比较,结果表明,两种天麻均引起脑血流图波幅降低,与用药前对比,二种天麻均有统计学差异.其中人培天麻作用似更明显,但二种天麻之间尚无差异.小白鼠镇痛实验也表明人培天麻对痛阈的影响较野生天麻明显.作者认为,人培天麻作用较野生明显可能是因为人工培育有效地保证了蜜环菌的生长,从而提高了药材的质量.
Two methods of cerebral blood flow mapping and hot plate test were used to compare the pharmacological effects of artificial breeding of gastrodia elata on rabbits and mice. The results showed that the two kinds of gastrodia elata caused a decrease in the amplitude of cerebral blood flow, which was compared with that before administration. There are statistical differences between the two kinds of gastrodia. Among them, the effect of human gastrodia elata is more obvious, but there is no difference between the two kinds of gastrodia elata. The analgesic experiment of mice also shows that the effect of human Pedicola natrix on the pain threshold is more obvious than wild gastrodia. It is believed that the effect of human culture of natural gastrodia elata is obviously because artificial cultivation effectively ensures the growth of Armillaria mellea and thus improves the quality of medicinal materials.
