国务院机电产品出口办公室和对外经济贸易部于一九八六年十二月三十日联合发出《关于批准第三批机电产品出口基地企业和扩大外贸自主权企业的通知》,其中中国船舶工业总公司所属的绿洲机器厂被批准为扩大外贸自主权企业。至此,国务院机电产品出口办公室与经贸部在一九八六年共批准了三批基地企业和扩大外贸自主权企业,船舶总公司所属企业有四个基地企业和九个扩权企业。
The Department of Mechanical and Electrical Products Export of the State Council and the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade jointly issued the Circular on the Approval of the Third Batch of Enterprises Exporting Electromechanical Products Bases and Enlarging the Autonomy of Foreign Trade Enterprises on December 30, 1986, including the total number of China’s shipbuilding industry. Oasis Machinery Plant, which belongs to the company, was approved as an enterprise to expand foreign trade autonomy. At this point, the State Council’s export office for electromechanical products and the Ministry of Economics and Trade approved a total of three base companies and expanded foreign trade autonomy enterprises in 1986. The ship-affiliated company’s affiliated companies have four base companies and nine companies that expand their power.
