企业员工绩效考核指标体系是企业绩效管理体系的重要组成部分。如何建立一套科学的绩效考评指标体系,解决绩效管理和考评中的难题,是当前绝大多数企业管理工作中亟待解决的问题。本文根据供电企业输电班组绩效评价的需要,结合企业基层单位的实际情况,对班组绩效指标的设计提炼方法进行了探究。
Enterprise employee performance evaluation index system is an important part of the enterprise performance management system. How to establish a set of scientific performance appraisal index system and solve the problems in performance management and appraisal is the most urgent problem to be solved in the current enterprise management. In this paper, according to the needs of power transmission team performance evaluation of power supply enterprises, combined with the actual situation of the grassroots units of enterprises, this paper explores the design and refining methods of the team performance indicators.
