近些年,基于中国经济动能、巨大的市场潜力及消费者对品牌与购物环境等需求的提升,ZARA、H&M、优衣库、UR等国际“快时尚”品牌在华开始裂变发展。而同样迅猛的,还有作为未来中国零售主流业态的购物中心。为了开设符合“自身特色”的直营店面以及在同类业态竞争中胜出,快时尚和MALL在中国终于有了交集。不过,在租金与人气、经营同质化等问题面前,两者携手似非总是甜蜜。而当快时尚不再“稀缺”时,同质化又将是购物中心无法回避的难题——本专题即围绕这些话题展开探讨。
