对10,000以上实生苗进行研究,推敲葡萄(Vitis spp)无核性的遗传方式。亲系中无核性的有核选种系自花授粉有0~10.7%的无核后代。一个或两个亲本有无核性的有核选种系之间杂交获得相似的此例。有核×无核选种系的杂交获得0~55%无核。结果的差异极大,对正常的遗传率没有明显的相关性。无核性显然充分被隐性因子所控制。
Research on more than 10,000 seedlings and consider the non-nuclear genetic pattern of Vitis spp. The nucleus-free nuclear selection lines of the progeny are self-pollinated with 0 to 10.7% nuclear-free offspring. A similar case was obtained by crossing between one or two nuclear-selected germ-line with one or two parents. Hybrids with nuclear × seedless germplasm obtained 0 to 55% seedless. The results vary greatly, with no apparent correlation to normal heritability. Non-nuclear is obviously well under the control of recessive factors.
