This paper presents the results of the calculation of the composite moduli based on the theory of multilayered systems (as described in the recently introduced USACE Rigid Pavement Design Method), which includes the effects of pavement geometry and load changes. Equivalent values between the base (subgrade) and the composite foundation can be calculated from the equivalent maximum tensile stress. That is, when analyzing the original system consisting of concrete layers laid on the grassroots (subgrade) system or the concrete layers of the same thickness laying the equivalent system on the top of the composite foundation,
