汉末以降,儒学式微,而以新道家面貌出现的玄学则趁势兴起,玄学以老庄思想糅合儒家经义而成,它是道家老庄思想在魏晋时期的新发展。玄学思辨成果泽及魏晋间各门学科,这一时期的养生理论、医家思维方式、医学发展模式等都深深打上玄学的烙印,这也铸就了魏晋南北朝时代医学的总体特征。
In the end of the Han dynasty, the decline of Confucianism, while the metaphysics appeared in the new Taoist style took advantage of the rising trend. The metaphysics was made by combining Lao Zi and Confucianism with Confucianism. It was the new development of Taoism in the Wei and Jin dynasties.
