变应性鼻炎是耳鼻咽喉科常见病。2001年10月-2003年2月,我们应用卡介菌多糖核酸(斯奇康注射液)治疗变应性鼻炎62例,疗效满意,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料观察组62例,男38例,女24例;年龄10-72岁;病程1～30年,其中40例为季节性,22例为常年性。症状和体征评分为(11.3±1.8)分。对照组62例,男40例,女22例;年龄13-60岁。病程1～30年,其中38例为季节性,24例为常年性。症状和体征评分为(10.6±1.9)分。两组患者均经多种治疗效果不显。
Allergic rhinitis is a common disease of otolaryngology. From October 2001 to February 2003, 62 cases of allergic rhinitis were treated with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid (STQ) and the results were satisfactory. The report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information The observation group of 62 patients, 38 males and 24 females; aged 10-72 years; duration of 1 to 30 years, of which 40 were seasonal and 22 were perennial. Symptoms and signs score (11.3 ± 1.8) points. Control group of 62 patients, 40 males and 22 females; aged 13-60 years. Duration of 1 to 30 years, of which 38 cases of seasonal, 24 cases of perennial. Symptoms and signs score (10.6 ± 1.9) points. Two groups of patients by a variety of treatment effect is not significant.
