肝泡状棘球蚴病,鉴于外科治疗困难较多,手术切除率低,因而近几年来日益重视化疗的研究。1979年WHO寄生动物流行病专家委员会指出,急需制订控制肝泡状棘球蚴病(AHD)的规划,积极研制有效的药物。现将近年有关肝泡状棘球蚴病化疗实验研究和临床应用的资料综述于下。苯骈咪唑(BZA)化合物这类化合物已合成10多种衍生物,其中甲苯咪唑、氟苯咪唑(氟化甲苯咪唑)、硫苯咪唑、噻苯咪唑和异丙噻咪唑5种,经动物实验证明均有抗泡状棘球蚴的活性。一、甲苯咪唑(MBZ) (一)实验研究 1.苏联(?)等的动物实验: (1)口饲给药 1974年报告小鼠经腹腔接种AHD后7~40天,给药50mg/kg×20天,治毕第10天剖检,包虫增长抑制率为90.9%。但用棉鼠接种感染AHD后16~45
