目的本文就老年性左半结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者临床护理期间实施优质护理的临床效果及可行性进行了浅显的分析与研究。方法选择我院2015年4月至2016年4月期间收治的老年性左半结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者110例,按照入院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,观察组予以优质护理干预,对照组予以常规护理干预,对两组患者手术观察指标和住院天数、护理依从性及术后并发症发生情况进行观察和统计。结果观察组患者各项手术观察指标结果较比对照组均明显更优,护理依从性较比对照组明显偏高,术后并发症发生率较比对照组明显偏低(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于老年性左半结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者临床护理中的效果显著,有效提高了治疗效果,降低了并发症发生率,值得推广。
Objective This article has made a brief analysis and research on the clinical effect and feasibility of implementing quality nursing during clinical nursing of senile patients with left colon cancer and intestinal obstruction. Methods 110 cases of senile left colon cancer with intestinal obstruction admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were divided into observation group and control group according to admission order, and the observation group was given quality nursing intervention. The control group Group were given routine nursing interventions, the two groups of patients with surgical observation of indicators and length of stay, care compliance and postoperative complications were observed and statistics. Results The observation indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. The compliance of nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in clinical nursing of patients with senile left colon cancer and intestinal obstruction has significant effect, which effectively improves the curative effect and reduces the complication rate, which deserves promotion.
