为了应对市场的变化和来自互联网企业的竞争,国内电信运营商纷纷建立各类基地,希望能够通过基地模式成功推广新业务,并带动企业成功转型,然而目前基地模式并未发挥到应有的作用。本文以“双轨制”转型理论为基础,探讨如何对基地运营模式进行调整,如何更好的发挥基地在通信运营商转型中的作用。
In order to cope with market changes and competition from Internet companies, domestic telecom operators have set up various bases in succession and hoped to successfully promote new businesses through the base mode and promote the successful transformation of enterprises. However, the current base mode has not played its due role . Based on the double-track transition theory, this article explores how to adjust the base operating mode and how to give full play to its role in the transformation of communication operators.
