杜老师:在一些文章和练习题中,经常有这样的表述:掌握常用的偏旁部首;找出字的偏旁部首。偏旁和部首是同一意思吗?这样表达是否妥当?老师们也众说纷纭。有的认为是同一意思,“掌握常用的偏旁部首、找出字的偏旁部首”表述重复。有的认为,部首是字典词典把字的同一部件的归类,而偏旁是字的组成部分。部首是偏旁,偏旁不一定是部首。哪种说法正确?“加偏旁组成新字”能否说“加部首组成新字”?敬请指教。安徽省颍上县管仲小学
