党的十八大以来,习近平的系列讲话中提出了“法治中国”这一时代命题。随着“依法治国”方略的深化、发展及全面推进,我国法治建设在理论和实践层面都进入了新阶段。梳理我国不断演进的法治建设理论的基础上,对“法治中国”的科学内涵及当代价值进行解构,有利于在实践维度提出对策以支持法治中国的建设。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping’s series of speeches put forward the proposition of “era of rule of law in China”. With the deepening, development and comprehensive promotion of the strategy of “governing the country according to law”, the building of the rule of law in our country has entered a new stage both in theory and in practice. On the basis of combing the evolving theory of the rule of law in our country, deconstruction of the scientific connotation and contemporary value of “the rule of law in China” is conducive to putting forward countermeasures in the practical dimension in order to support the rule of law in China.
