实验用雌性大白鼠进行。大鼠为成年鼠与乳鼠两种。成年鼠18周龄,重150～255克;乳鼠2周龄,重19～30克。每鼠经尾静脉注入用~(203)Hg示踪的HgCl_20.15毫克/公斤,其放射性活度约为12微居里/毫升。
Experiment with female rats. Rats and adult mice were two kinds of suckling mice. Adult 18-week-old, weighing 150 to 255 grams; 2-week-old infants, weighing 19 to 30 grams. HgCl_20.15 mg / kg traced by ~ (203) Hg was injected into the tail vein of each rat with a radioactivity of about 12 picocules per milliliter.
