1993年1月至1997年10月,我院采用中西医结合治疗女阴切口感染35例,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:女阴切口感染69例,均发于初产妇,随机分为两组。治疗组35例,年龄25～29岁,平均26.1岁;院内分娩12例。院外分娩23例;局部红肿热痛,伴或不伴针孔溢脓,或切口三分之一以下裂开者27例,三分之二以上裂开者8例,裂开创面均有脓苔;体温高于38℃,持续2天以上者,或白细胞20×10~9/L者4例。对照组34例,年龄23～28岁,平均25.9岁;院内分娩11例,院外分娩23例;局部红肿热痛、切口三分之一以下裂开者21例,三分之二以上裂开者13例,裂开创面有脓苔;体温高于38℃,
